I found the car parking area inconvenient. It took a lot of time to find a spot.

greasy noodles long waiting times

The breakfast menu was not excellent. stir-fried vegetable noodles were greasy and crumbled when picked up. one morning the self-toasting station lacked a tray to catch the toast. There was no explanation. calling the front desk to arrange transportation was a major issue. The line was always busy. waiting times for a car were long. the driver drove unsafely using a phone to find the pickup location.

infinity pools vast array

The resort has beautiful infinity pools! the views overlooking the coastline were amazing. The time spent relaxing by the pool under the sun was lovely. the breakfast buffet provided a vast array of local and international options, satisfying my palate. the 24/7 in-villa room service and the free bottles of water were quite nice. i felt pampered!

It does take a long time to get a buggy sometimes to move around the resort. That was a slight inconvenience.

the staff was friendly! particularly, the massage staff stood out with their kindness. the buggy service was really helpful for moving around the hotel. housekeeping kept everything clean and tidy.

the rooms were spacious! clean, and well-equipped, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. the beds were very comfortable and provided an amazing night's sleep. i also loved the pool access from the villa!
